Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the customer’s location:

• United States: 15–30 business days

• Canada: 18–35 business days

• Europe: 18–35 business days

• Australia & New Zealand: 20–40 business days

• Other international locations: 20–40 business days

Tracking
Once an order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. Customers can use this number to track the status of their shipment.

Shipping Costs

Lost or Damaged Packages
If a package is lost or arrives damaged, customers should contact Lunar Rose within 7 days of delivery. Photos of damaged items may be requested for verification.
